John Groves

John has been in the information technology industry since 1980 and founded Fintechnix in 1991. His drive and inspiration led the team to develop the Fintechnix Administration Platform (Fintechnix OneOffice,) now recognised as one of the leading administration platforms in the region. It has been implemented at many of Australia's leading financial services companies such as NRMA, St George, Citibank, ING Australia and Soloman Smith Barney.

Philip Fourie

Philip is the first and key contact point within Fintechnix for all customers and prospects. He is highly regarded in the Australian market place having substantial experience both in Life Insurance and Investment industries and is a thought leader in this space. He seeks out opportunities to engage with end users, all levels of management and the end customers of his customers so as to gain insights and understand the strategic directions that Fintechnix should consider as it continues to grow. He is focused on delivering value and simple well understood propositions while acknowledging the complexity and risks in any opportunity.

His experience includes general management, product development, actuarial and IT consulting related to demutualisation and large-scale system development and replacement projects. Philip is commercially astute, client focused and a valuable resource for clients looking for best practice solutions.

Gerry Thompson

Gerry is the "go to guy" for in depth knowledge of Fintechnix systems. He is responsible for The Roadmap Process that controls all Fintechnix product innovation and development and coordinates each Fintechnix release.
Gerry is a foundation member of the Fintechnix team and has extensive experience in the financial services industry as well as a comprehensive IT background.
